About Lord Milner

Historically, Lleweni is of great importance. It is the site of the fully restored ‘Milner House’, which has been refurnished with antique furniture of the era. The first school was established by Lord Alfred Milner, the British High Commissioner in the late 1800s. The house was home to both Lord Milner and the headmaster of the first school in the Northern Province.
